While on any LEO team, when arresting a player, you need to Mirandize them before they are questioned or put in custody. These rights are meant to protect the suspects with the amendment: 'You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand these rights as I have read them to you?' (Sanction 1)
We don’t require saying 'cuffs' before arresting a player; however, you must cuff a player realistically. If a player is running faster than you, realistically, you wouldn’t be able to cuff them or wouldn’t attempt to cuff them. (Sanction 1)
Do not auto-jail. You or someone else must transport the player to the county jail. You are not to use the arrest button in the menu, as this is unrealistic. You must transport them and actually walk them into the jail itself. (Sanction 2)
You are not to reckless drive, break traffic rules, speed, etc., on a government team (Fire, Police, Sheriff, or DOT). This wouldn’t happen in real life; follow traffic rules, drive realistically, and do not speed. (Sanction 3)
Jurisdiction has an effect: Seattle Police must stay in the city, King County Sheriff must stay in the county, and Washington State may patrol the entire map. You can break your jurisdiction for high-risk calls or pursuits. (Sanction 2)
If there’s a whitelisted member on the scene (e.g., hostage, robbery, etc.), you must obey their commands and rules. You aren’t to do whatever you want; you must follow orders from the scene command. (Sanction 3)
