# Information

At Seattle Roleplay, we are committed to maintaining a respectful and enjoyable\
atmosphere for all our members. To ensure that everyone's experience is exceptional,\
we kindly request that all members adhere to the guidelines.

### (1.01) Violation Severity Tiers

{% hint style="info" %}
Each guideline would have sanction (number), which indicates the punishment for each guideline. These Disciplinary Responses would determine the actions taken against each player if found to be a rule breaker. Our system goes as follows:
{% endhint %}

* **Sanction 1:** Formal Warning | 5 points.
* **Sanction 2:** 2-day removal | 10 points.
* **Sanction 3:** 4-day removal | 15 Points.
* **Sanction 4:** 7-day removal | 20 points.
* **Sanction 5:** 10-day removal | 25 points.
* **Sanction 6:** 15-day removal | 30 points.
* **Sanction 7:** 20-day removal | 35 points.
* **Sanction 8:** 25-day removal | 40 points.
* **Sanction 9:** 30-day removal | 45 points.
* **Sanction 10:** Permeant removal | 50 points.

### (1.02) Reduction & Repeat violators

* Sanctions go down gradually; every 1.5 months, the sanction is reduced by 3 points.\
 There’s no way you should get that many infractions within the community unless\
 you are a continuously rule-breaking player.
* Individuals who repeatedly break the rules, negatively impacting the quality\
 of roleplay and the experiences of others, will be subject to a Sanction 10 at\
 the discretion of the high-ranking team.
* Getting 3 warnings in one session results in a ban for 4 days. Getting 4 warnings\
 in one session results in a ban for a week.
