Training Host guide

Review the information on how to host a training and the expectations associated with it.

• After finishing the hosting duties and sending the :m messages, you, as the host, will assign groups, ensuring that each group has an even number of trainees.

• After assigning the groups, the host's job is to go around and ensure that everyone is being trained properly.

As soon as people start joining the training server, teleport everyone to the police briefing room. Instruct them to take seats in the chairs. The host should then begin the introduction, while trainers find their training spots. Ensure that all training groups are properly spaced out.

:m Hello, welcome to your training. I will be your host, [name]. As of right now, we will be going over some information. please stay quiet whiel I read over this

• Wait 5 seconds before sending the next message.

• To ensure proper formatting, please remove "[name]" and replace it with your name.

:m Each trainee will be assigned to a training group, with an equal number, unless otherwise instructed by the trainers.

• Wait 5 seconds before sending the next message.

:m Please ensure that you remain respectful and kind to the trainers. Failure to do so may result in termination, requiring you to reapply.

• Wait 5 seconds before sending the next message.

:m If you disconnect from the server, you will have 3 minutes to rejoin. Failure to do so will result in you having to attend another training session.

• Wait 5 seconds before sending the next message.

:m If you need to go AFK, you will only have a maximum of 5 minutes. After that, you will be kicked and will need to attend another training session.

After you're done with the introduction, ensure that all trainers are ready for their trainees. If they are, begin teleporting trainees to their trainers, ensuring an equal number in each group. If the numbers are not even, someone will need to take the extra trainees.
