# Trainee Information

Please take the time to thoroughly review the information on how to become a staff member in our server. Additionally, make sure to carefully review our expectations and training processes.

**Welcome to our team!** We are delighted to extend our warmest <mark style="color:blue;">congratulations</mark> on your successful application for the staff position. Your dedication and qualifications have truly impressed us.

As you <mark style="color:blue;">embark</mark> on your training journey, please know that we are here to support you every step of the way. Our team is committed to **providing** you with all the resources, guidance, and mentorship you need to excel in your new role.

* Staff Assessment - Answer **questions** using our reference staff handbook.
* Basic Training - Getting to know our **expectations** and **policies**.
* Ride-Along 1 - Ride along in the training server to **review** your progress.
* Advanced Training - Explore more **advanced** training scenarios and expectations.
* Advanced Ride-Along - Participate in a ride-along on the public server to **review** your progress, the **final step.**<br>

As you **engage** in your training and continue in your role with us, it's important to remember that you represent our team both during your training and in your current capacity. To a significant extent, you are expected to <mark style="color:blue;">maintain</mark> a high level of professionalism at all times and possess a thorough understanding of our team's **expectations**.
